FAQ

Most Frequently Asked Questions

What should I do if my car breaks down?
Contact us if your car experiences an issue you think is covered by your warranty plan. We’ll guide you through the repair process.
Where can I get my car repaired?
You can take your vehicle to any VAT registered garage. Fill out the Report an Issue and we can guide you to find a garage.
Does your warranty cover wear and tear?
We cover wear and tear of parts that have prematurely failed. No warranty will cover normal worn parts. Consumables like brake discs and pads, wiper blades, bulbs, and other regularly replaced items will not be covered under wear and tear.
How long will it take for my car to be repaired?
The time required for repairs will vary based on the repairing garage, the issue and the availability of parts.
What if my repair isn’t fully covered by the warranty?
If certain repairs are not covered, you’ll be responsible for those costs. We’ll ensure you’re fully informed before any non-covered repairs are made so there are no surprises.
Do you work with main dealers?
Yes, we do work with main dealers. However, you will most likely need to pay for the difference in labour and part charges as main dealer rates typically exceed our coverage limits.
Do you authorise main dealer parts?
We cover OEM quality parts and won’t dictate which specific parts to use. However, if you choose main dealer parts, you will need to pay the difference between our coverage limit and the higher cost of those parts.
Do I need to pay for diagnostics myself?
Yes, initial diagnostic costs are typically your responsibility. However, if the diagnosed issue is covered by your warranty, the diagnostic costs may be included in your claim up to 1 hour of your plan limits.
